Trade in??

So i traded in my eris to Verizon the beginning of October and still have yet to see the money for it anyone else have issue with the trade in program?

I have called and checked status and get the same answer that it was received and the gift card processing has been complete about 3 weeks ago when i called i was told i would see it in 1 to 2 weeks.

Just curious if anyone has had the same issues how it was resolved etc not a huge deal.

It says allow 2 weeks to receive your gift card. If you traded in back in October than you should definitely call them. Here is the number 1-866-870-5446. Did you track your shipment? I know working for them they're huge on customer responsibility when it comes to sending stuff in. If you can't prove it they may give you a hard time.

I finally got an email from them explaining that it was an issue on there end and i should see the gift card by the end of December haha. o well thanks!
