Tranfer from PC to Galaxy Tab

I have having great difficulty finding a way to wirelessly transfer files from my Windows PC to my Galaxy Tab. Any suggestions ??

I just usually set up a local share on my PC and use a network-aware file browser like ES File Explorer or X-plore.

I usually transfer files to my dropbox, then fetch them on my Tab.
