tranferring texts to email for printing

i have a very basic samsung phone from us cellular (cheapest one) that is running R2.70.FE01 , Is it possible to retrieve my texts from this phone to print???

Luckily enough, I've been testing an app that does just this.

It is a paid app, but I'm not aware of anything that does the same ting (You could emailing the dev to help test the app, and receive a free copy)
