Transering contacts ZTE ZMAX PRO

I have ZTE ZMAX PRO.
How do I download my contacts to my laptop?
I tried a "coolmuster" program(oops APP!)
No luck.(Will not link to PC)
I tried to export my contacts,to a "contacts" file.
It Took one contact. ugh!
I tried to export my contacts to my SIM card, and got doubles of each contact! UGH!
How do I remove these from the SIM?

Don't bother with crap like "CoolMuster".

Clearly something went wrong (or you did something wrong) when you tried to export to a file. That should write all of the contacts from one account into a single vcard file. But usually you have to export contacts from different accounts (or different types, such as phone-only contacts) separately. so maybe check that you didn't accidentally select an account or type that contained only one contact? I've never used a ZTE but I've never known this option fail on any device I've owned, so I'd definitely try this again.

Can't you just tell the phone not to show SIM contacts? My current phone doesn't even have the option to export to the SIM so I can't test anything here.

Try using the Contacts app to export your contacts list again, this time just for expediency save it to your phone's internal storage while noting just which folder you're saving the vcf file into. Now using your email app create an email message with that vcf file as an attachment and mail it to yourself. Open that email on your computer and download the vcf file.
