transfer app from phon memory to sd card

hi i have a grand i9082
and install app
but all app installed in phone memory
so my phone memory is full
i search internet and found many way to trransfer app to sd card
but not worked
i rooted my phone
but i have this problem at yet

i tried adb shell
directory bind
2 patition sd card
and so many way but
i have problem at yet pls help me tnx

External to Internal app in play store is what I use....
