Transfer evo video files to external hard drive

I have uploaded my video files to my computer, but I need to move them to an external hard drive to edit them for my project. However when I attempt to drag and drop them, it doesn't allow to perform that function. What is wrong? What can I do??

It should work just fine. If you can get them from the card to the computer, there is no reason you shouldnt be able to move them to another drive. Provide more details about your system and external drive and maybe we can help.
