Help Transfer file from terminal emulator to xbox 360

Two questions: I have a micro USB b cord, is that otg or do I need to configure cord to make me host. Two: I'm trying to send a file to my brothers Xbox 360. Anyone know the commands I need to send? I'm on my next book 8 se by the way.
