Transfer from HTC MyTouch 4g to Galaxy S4

Hi,
Can anyone suggest the best way to Transfer as much info as possible from My old T-Mobile/ HTC MyTouch 4g to new Samsung Galaxy S4??

Was hopeing to get suff like
browser "windows", "history" and "Bookmarks"
Text messages
Contacts

And call logs if possible...

is there a way to do some or all of this via
Bluetooth or PC transfer??
