Transfer games to another android device

I have purchased a new Android OS tablet and want to transfer the games from my old Android tablet to my new Android tablet. As I have already paid for these games I do not want to purchase them again. I now have a different Gmail account (the old one was hacked and spammed) from the one that was used to purchase the games. How can I do this?

I would recommend you try to get access to your old account so you have access to all the games.

Only other option you can do is root both tablets, make backups of the games from the old tablet, then transfer them to the new tablet.
