Transfer Memos to Computer from Galaxy Mini

I've had a Samsung Galaxy Mini for about a year, and want to transfer all the notes I made in the Memo app that comes with it either to my computer or onto the SIM card so I can put them all on my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy Fame.

Can anything be done, or do I have to write them all out by hand and then type them into my new phone?

Hi

I believe the samsung memo app has in its settings the option to sync the memos with google docs. If you do this and buy another Samsung phone you should be able to sync the new phone with the same Google account and transfer the memos to it that way.
