transfer music to android

ok so i just got my droid 2 global a few days ago. i have a bunch of music that i want to transfer over to it but i dont know how. i have most of my music on itunes and i know that the droid 2 doesnt support itunes. how do i go about transferring music over to my droid. thanks in advance
 
Welcome. PLEASE do a search, this has been answered MANY times on here.

Connect your phone to your pc via usb cable. Select Disk Drive or Mount mode on your phone. Your drive should pop up on your computer, make a folder in it called Music, and drag and drop your music into it.
 
All unprotected musc can be copied/sync'd several ways, isyncr and doubletwist both work well, you can mount the card on your computer and manually copy the files, or you can pay for an app like MarkSync that will sync more then just the music. All have their advantages, the best way to find out what is best for you is to try them.

You can also look at something like Subsonic that streams your music from you home computer which allows your entire collection to be accessible.
