How did the music get to the phone? Some ways such as Google Music's pinning for offline use does not allow coping to the PC. But if it was transferred to the phone via a PC you should be able to locate and copy back to PC.
Assuming in was placed on the phone from a PC the best way is normally the USB cable. Many popular music management software may detect the phone as a media device and offer to manage it, or you can open Windows Explorer and manually browse for the music. Another option would be Kies Air.
