Transfer Pics to Computer

I have an android based tablet at my work that has a camera on it. All these pictures I want transferred to my work computer over wifi. I guess I could get a cloud service like dropbox or something, but would really just rather get something that sends the pics from the tablet straight to a directory on my work computer, with no cloud involved. I would like it to be automatic and work in the background. As a pic is taken, it is sent to the work computer.

Any recommendations?

Use Google photos on the tablet, and on the PC just login to your Gmail account and go to photos.
Automatically backs up the folders you choose.

I already use it on my phone and am looking for a way where they will be separate.

My work computer is mine. I have my phone sync to my work computer. I also want my tablet to sync to a different folder on my work computer, but I dont want these photos to come over to my phone.

Google Photos requires the cloud (online Google account) for file transfers and while AirDroid is a good way to just transfer files only over a local network (no Internet), it's not fully automatic (some things like interactive authorization can be disabled) nor can file transfers be done in the background (the user still has to initiate the process of what files go where, each time). I use both apps and like them a lot but they don't fit the OP's query.
Maybe look into a local network file transfer solution like Syncthing. It needs to be installed on both the tablet and computer, and once set up will automatically sync specified folders between the two just over the local network.

Airdroid or Airmore, similar products, both are capable of quick transfer, easy to operate, i think these two are the best tools i used till now. ...
Perhaps I'm missing something. Been using AirDroid for years now and wasn't aware it has any kind of 'automatic backup' feature. Is this a new feature being added recently and rolling out to users? I still don't see it.
