Plug in the Galaxy S3 to the computer's USB port using a data cable. The PC should load the drivers and open the phone as a window on the screen. In that window, navigate to DCIM --> Camera. That's where the phone stores your photos.
Simply open the "Pictures" folder on the PC (or wherever you want to move the pictures on the computer) and drag & drop. It's that easy. I hope that answers your question.
