transfer samsung fascinate memo to samsung s3

How can you transfer samsung fascinate stock memo info to samsung s3, sorry to ask but my search has not yielded any info

Is this an app that has saved data on your phone or what exactly? Do you know if it saved it to your phone's memory or to your phones SD card? or is it saved on-line on a cloud server?

Sorry it is saved on my fascinate I switched sd card to new s3 but info or stock memo app was not on sd.

We will need to contact the app developer and ask them where the data is saved and if there is a way to transfer it. They may keep the data on a cloud server or maybe locally on your phone somewhere.
