Help Transfer Samsung Galaxy S8+

Hi people. I have a little issue here. My S8+ stopped connecting to my T-Mo network all of the sudden. Before going to bed last night everything was fine. Was texting, remember went online....was working fine. But today, I wake up, pick the phone up, and "no connection". Meaning can't make calls. Says "not registered on network". Searching for a network manually, finds T-Mobile network along with few others, but pressing on T-Mo, a message comes on "Registering on Network", after few minutes of trying "Unable to connect. Try later"... Anybody know whats up here??

Just in case I would be able to do a very simple swap of the entire phone instead of trying to resolve this not such simple issue, I ordered another of exact same phones.

Went to my local T-Mobile store already.. Guy was trying to see what is up for good 40 minutes.

Thank You all for any help

Can you try the SIM in another phone? It might be a SIM problem. Or it might be a temporary network issue (a problem with a cell, or something more widespread -some problems with the network's authentication system can leave groups of subscribers unable to connect). So I'd test the SIM if you can, and if it doesn't work talk to your provider.

If the SIM is fine let us know. Have you had the phone long, and are you the first owner?

I can probably go to that same store and try everything you say, but IF I WAS ALREADY THERE, WOULDN'T THOSE GUYS THINK OF THIS??

It wouldn't see any if that would be the case I think...

Did you buy the phone new or used? If the latter, I presume the T-Mobile store checked the phone wasn't IMEI blacklisted? Because what you described does sound like that.

Yes agreed! If the phone has been marked as blacklisted the phone will not allow a signal to pass through the phone. You can check if its blacklisted by taking the phone in to be investigated

Hope you find your solution and best of luck to you
