Help Transfer SMS/Calls Android to Android

Is it possible to transfer SMS and/or Call logs from Android to Android (both are ZTE ZMAX PRO) via a USB Connector (Samsung brand)?

I don't think so... especially if neither device is rooted. SMS and call logs are stored in System memory, not User storage. There are apps to back up SMS and maybe call logs: perhaps you could back them up from one phone and restore them to the other.

Actually most sms backup apps also back up call logs, so that should work fine.

Many manufacturers these days have "transfer" apps to help you migrate to a new phone, and these generally copy SMS (over WiFi). I don't know whether ZTE have though.

I used Samsung Smart Switch to move everything from my Note 5 to my Note 8, and it transferred all my messages and call log flawlessly.

I've used Samsung and LG's phone switching programs and both worked great. Also, SMS Backup and restore works very well for me.

Because Samsung has a program for that built into the phone. ZTE does not.
