transfer the saved app one android to another

I am using the samsung galaxy star gt-s5282. how to send the saved applications and games my device to another device.

Welcome to these forums

If the second device is set up with the same google account as the first, all the apps will be synced by playstore and will appear under "all" apps. I'm fairly sure that application data (scores in games which are saved on your phone) won't be synced.
