Root transfer to a new sd card?

I have a new microsd card and would like to transfer my data from my old microsd card to the newer one. I would imagine I would just copy the contents from my old sd card into my computer then paste them into my new one while plugged int, correct? Would I have to worry about any hidden folders or what about formatting? I'm guessing I would use FAT 32 right? Finally, my doing it this way will I lose any settings within my apps? By the way, I'm rooted (duh) and have titanium backup installed, if that helps any.

Yes, just copy and paste from your old card to your pc, then to your new card. Make sure you have view hidden files enabled on your pc first and format the card in your phone, not on the pc. If you have a sd card reader on your pc you can just put the new card in your phone, format it, put the old card in the pc and copy straight to your phone, just remember to enable hidden files.
