Transfering data from a phones memory

[Android Question]

i recently dropped and cracked the screen of my Verizon galaxy note II, and got another one in the mail. However, my cracked phone had a overused SD card, so it saved all my photos, music, ect.. in the phones memory. How can i transfer those items to my new phone?

Did you back them up with Verizon Backup Plus? If so, you can Sync your phone with BA+. That should do it!
