Transfering files to pc

Is there anyway to just drag and drop transfer photos and videos from the phone to pc via usb? No photos and videos appear when looking in windows, and seems like a silly feture to remove.

Sounds like you don't have to correct settings set when you plug in.

When you plug the phone in make sure it's unlocked, as you hear the connection bings swipe down and select USB settings and pick either Transfer Files or Transfer Images.

When you do this the phone will reconnect and should show all your files. Now you can drag and drop as you please.

pull down the notification bar on your phone and make sure usb is set to mtp.
