Transfering music problem

Hi

I have a Sony Xperia mini pro.
I am trying for the first time to transfer music from itunes to the phone.
I have conected the phone to computer and found the phone in my computer. Also found the music file.

I have Itunes and the list of songs I have downloaded.
When I try to move the a song to the music folder I get a black circle something a no entry sign and the song does not appear in the file.

I have looked at several items as to what the problem is but still cannot sort it.
Any help appreciated.

Not sure how you are trying to move the files but the "No entry" symbol indicates that moving the files is not allowed or permitted. You dont give enough info to describe the "what and how" you have done trying to move the files. That said..

Make it easy on yourself. If u are using iTunes on you pc to manage your collection get iSynch and let it worry about moving your files to youir device
