Transfering pictures to PC

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 through T-Mobile. I'm trying to transfer my photos that are in my picture gallery onto my PC. How do I do that?

First, plug your phone into the computer's USB port. Then follow the steps given in the user manual, quoted below:

USB Utilities
1. From the main Settings page, tap More settings ➔
USB utilities ➔ Connect storage to PC.
2. If prompted, tap OK to turn USB debugging mode off.
3. Tap Turn on USB storage. Both the phone and computer
display icons to show that the device is mounted.
As soon as the connection is established a drive letter
is assigned to the phone
