Transferred movies - Audio but no Visual

I just transferred my .mp4 movies over to my droid. I'm getting perfect audio, but no picture. The movie plays fine on my computer. Any suggestions?
 
It's possible, but the movies play fine on my computer. I saw another user had a similar problem in a separate forum, but never received an answer. Any other ideas?
 
Its either the frame rate or the bit rate. Try lowering the bit rate to 900. Or lowering the frame rate to 22fps.
