transferred pictures to new phone, and it reordered them in the Gallery

I broke the screen on one S4 so I transfered everything to the new S4 that I got. Now, the pictures in my gallery all have the same creation date, so they are all sorted by file name, which is a similar order but everything's a bit off.

When I look at the file properties in Windows Explorer, they are still accurate, but when I look at the file details on the new android phone, the creation dates are all the same. Does anyone know how I can change this?
