Android Question

Ok. So I have a Droid Incredible 2 4G I believe. I know how to transfer the pictures and videos from my camera roll onto my PC. However, I cannot figure out how to transfer all the other pictures/videos from my Droid to my PC. (Files like saved snapchat videos and pictures, pictures saved from creating them on photo apps, and downloaded files such as pictures saved from a text message.) This is utterly frustrating because I scroll through the transferred images expecting them all to be there....then nope! Just the ones taken from my camera. I want to find a way to get them all on my PC! Any idea on how?!

You need to connect as a media device (or external Disk Drive if you have an early version of Android). This is an option on your phone. Depending on which version of Android you have, it may be available from the status drop down, alternatively find the USB related section in Settings.

If you're using Windows 7, then start Windows Explorer (Windows Key + E), expand My Computer, expand your phone, click on Internal Storage (or whatever it's called) then enter *.jpg in the upper left hand corner search bar. This will list all the JPGs on your phone. Once you've copied these, you can try other file types like GIF or MP4 (use Google to get lists of the file types you might be interested in).

If you're using XP, there's a search option in the Start Menu. Again, navigate to the internal storage of your phone and run your searches from there.
