Help Transferring downloaded files onto SD?

How do I transfer a dowloaded picture to my SD card? I've gone through all the menu options and cant seem to find anything
 
The only way I could find to do it is to mount the card via usb and copy or move the file from dcim to the main directory on the card. Then the picture will show up in the sd card folder in pictures. Not what you wanted I know but it is all I could find. It would be usefull if you could move pics back and forth, I know I could on my Treo to make room for other things.
 
I have found that is you use the application PicSay it has an option to save pictures to SD Card and then you can go back and delete the downloaded ones.
