Help transferring files

How can I transfer my photos and other files from a windows phone to an android phone?

Plug your Windows phone to a PC, and copy the photos. Then plug in your Android phone and copy the photos to it.

As for files, depends on the files you are talking about. If its just documents, ppts, excel, etc. Just copy it over.
