Help Transferring messages from SAMSUNG GRAND 2 to 1+1

Team I am looking for a help.. I got my new 1+1 and was using Samsung grand 2 . I want to move all my messages from Samsung to 1+ . As you know that there no external SD slot in 1+ could you please help me if is it possible to transfer all the messages from Samsung to 1+ ?
 
Back up messages using your favourite message backup app. Copy backup to a computer, then copy to the 1+ over USB (or use Dropbox or similar, or email the backup to yourself, whatever works). Then restore backup on the 1+.

Hey Hadron,
Thanks for the help.. but I tried doing from my cell while sending it to mail or drive its giving error... :(
