Help Transferring .mov video from Dropbox to phone

I'm trying to transfer a .mov video from my Dropbox to my phone. I've done it Dropbox and stored it in the regular gallery. I can see it with Astro File Manager, but when I use the default gallery, it doesn't show up. Any ideas?

Yes the first idea is for you to share the device you're using because it may have important information on how and why the file is not showing up on that device for starters.

Install the Dropbox app from the play store and download the. Mov file to the phone.
