I have a Galaxy J3 (2016) phone and I have successfully transferred my numbers and names to my car. A friend of mine has a Galaxy J5 (2015) and we have tried to do the same transfer to his car. His car is paired to the phone ok. We tapped on Contacts, and then MORE. On my phone when I do this a menu drops down showing Delete - Share - Merge contacts - Settings. When you tap Share, all your contacts appear, and you can select some or all to transfer to your car. On my friend's phone, when we tap on MORE, the drop down menu only shows Delete - Settings, so we cannot progress any further. We would appreciate any help.
