How to transfer pictures from my google nexus to my PC
 
Hi, welcome to Android Forums, I'm rabidhunter and I'm happy to help. You can connect your Google Nexus to your PC through the microUSB cable/power cable that came included with your Nexus. Use your device as an external hard drive. Locate the file and drag and drop to your desired destination.

Otherwise you can install a cloud storage applicaiton such as Dropbox and upload your desired pics and download onto any computer.
