Transferring T Mobile Visual VM easily/large amount

Bev K

Hi all.

I have a Galaxy S5. Clearly, it is time to upgrade. However, my phone contains over 100 visual voicemail messages from my mom, who passed away last year. T Mobile states that they cannot guarantee they would transfer to my new phone. I need to transfer and keep all of these as I would be devastated to lose any. I thought I had done so - I painstakingly saved them individually but discovered I missed over half. However, my phone is definitely on it's way out, and I am trying to figure out a way to either export them in bulk or get them saved onto my laptop, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Every single vm has a back up file..in a different format inside the file manager..all you have to do is find the container and change the format to .mp3 of those files..

I have searched, and cannot find them. If i send them to dropbox, can I change the file type later? (Kinda dumb with this stuff!) thank you....

I believe you have to be rooted in order to be able to change the format..you don't even have to change it..just find them with Astro manager folder..and move them inside your micro sd card..

Try to play each one of them..then look for them again very detaily...
