Transferring to SD card on hudl

Hi, I want to transfer TV shows etc downloaded onto my Tesco Hudl to the SD card. I couldn't find the option within the hudl so downloaded es file explorer app. The app shows me all my files but can't work out how to use it to move files from internal to SD card storage.
Any help would be great! Thanks

Welcome to the forums

Firstly if you are using an Android Application on the Play Store typically you won't be able to move application downloads to the SD card unless you either root the device or the application defaults to the SD card.

Otherwise you can attempt to move things by plugging the device into your computer and manually dragging files over onto the SD card from the internal memory on the device.
