Transferring videos or tv shows to xperia x10 - Help!?!?

I'm trying to transfer TV shows or movies to my sons xperia x10. We had a bunch in itunes, but Media Go doesn't even acknowledge them. I tried to download one from the Media Go store, but once it was downloaded it didn't give me the option to add it to my xperia x10. Apparently those files are only for the PSP. Can someone please help me? My son is handicapped and doesn't understand why mommy can't just do it already!

Anything in Itunes will likely have DRM in it, and you will have to remove that before you can convert it.

Otherwise, you will need to convert all your videos with an h264 codec in an mp4 container. There are may free programs to do this, I recommend Handbrake. There are tons of guides on here for that program, just search Handbrake in the xperia sub-forum.
