How do I transfer my apps and things from my Samsung galaxy S2 phone to my new lenovo tablet via WiFi or bluetooth?

Apps you should be able to just download from the Play Store.
You should be able to send contacts via bluetooth (though you can just sync those with Google anyway), but it won't let you send apps or app data that way. Your best bet might be to make a backup on the S2 (use Helium, from the Play Store, if it's running Android 4 or later), then copy the backup via USB (phone -> computer -> tablet) or a cloud service like Dropbox, then restore the backup on the new device.
