How do you put an apk on your phone? and once its on your phone, how do you access it?

Plug your phone into your PC, make sure the USB mode is on "Memory card", open the removable drive, look for the folder "pandahome" click it, then goto "themes", drag and drop the /apk file into the themes folder, now "safely remove hardware", unplug your phone now goto pandahome app and goto themes just as you would when applying any other theme.
