Hi guys,
I used google and the searchbar here, but haven't found a useful thread so I had to open a new one.
I have a very annoying problem with Bluestacks:
I use it for quite a while now and it works fine (with all the normal problems everybody has). Mostly I use it for WhatsApp.
As you know, from time to time you have to install apps, when you are a free user, I always did and had no problem with this at all. Since yesterday it's time for me to install these apps again, but everytime I click on 'Install' I get the 'Please configurate App Sync' Error. Then I'm clicking on 'Configurate' and get the 'You need to install these Apps to keep using Bluestacks' Message again and so on.
So I am neither able to install these apps nor to configurate App Sync, which means I can't use Bluestacks at all.
I tried to deactivate App Sync in 'Advanced Settings' which is not possible. Of course I tried to restart Bluestacks and even the whole Notebook.
Is there any chance to solve this issue without uninstalling Bluestacks?
