Tricked into losing unlimited data

I'm wondering how many other people were "tricked" into losing unlimited data?

I had unlimited data with Verizon and in 2010, when I had the original Motorola Droid, my rep told me that I would save a bunch of money if I switched to a business plan. They switched me into a business plan, but I lost unlimited data immediately, and my monthly bill increased IMMEDIATELY because of the amount of data I typically used.

I asked to have it switched back. Nope, sorry, "the system" wouldn't allow them to undo it or put me back into my former plan because it didn't exist any more.

I complained and complained but it got me nowhere.

And now here we are today... how about you?

I think that "once we've transferred you off the old transfer we can't undo it" is a feature of most carriers.

Whether the rep who transferred you was just plain ignorant or following orders to get people off unlimited any way they could is something I could only speculate on...

With V I can believe it. I escaped 10 years ago.

We still have people on T-Zones on TMO. I've got a plan I've mostly had for 10 years.
