Has anyone else had a problem changing their plan on the Boost website? Whenever I try I get to the last page and then it says "something went wrong. Please try again" I've tried had least a dozen times in multiple browsers
Had the same problem when trying to change to the 10GB plan. Was told by Boost it's because I was enrolled in the Premier/VIP Program. They said something about not being able to be on that program and on certain plans at the same time. Asked them to removed that add-on and now able to change plans freely online.
