Trouble downloading an APP from the Market

So I went to download an app, WidgetLocker. I authorized the purchase, and went to the install page, it just locked up. Now when I go to download it, it just says" Authorizing Purchase". Any thoughts, THANKS!
 
1. Cancel the Authorizing purchase process.
2. From the home screen go to Settings / Applications and scroll to Market.
3. Open that up and clear the cache. (Not DATA)
4. Try your download again.
