Root trouble flashing TWRP

attempting to hard root my device and its give me quite a time i cant find the file when trying to flash the TWRP to phone
 
figured it out it was the adb.exe and all the other programs in the folder that need to be copyed to the folder i wanted to send the files from now my device is one program away from being bricked lmao trying to learn to reinstall everything using twrp
