trouble importing pictures to PC

trouble importing pictures from G S 3 to Pc. shows 38 pictures found, but never imports.
 
When the phone is connect in Media mode, simply use Windows Explorer (Windows Key + E - you should find the phone under My Computer) to drag and drop the photos from \DCIM\camera to your PC.
