trouble loading kodi builds on fire hd 8

hi guys, just after a little advice. I have downloaded kodi on my amazon fire hd 8, I can download the build wizards using the URL and downloading the zip files but when I open the files, there is no builds to load. I have tried a few different build wizards but all the same. It says files incorrect? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Lee

Sounds like you're typing in the wrong url.

Kodi for Android should come as an APK file, that you just install on your device. Are you trying to compile and build Kodi yourself or something?

I follow the YouTube vids step by step. I put the URL in then download from zip. But when I open the wizard to install it says file incorrect or missing?

Still not a clue what you're talking about, sorry. Like what YouTube videos and what URLs?

AFAIK Kodi for Android comes as an APK, either from Google Play or a direct APK download from here.

Thanks for the replys. I'm talking about the builds for kodi, I have down loaded kodi through the play store and I can open it. I then down load the builds entering in the URL in kodi, I then open the wizards to install the builds but it says files can not be read. I'll post a screen shot here when I finish work. Thanks so much for the help. Lee

It sounds like the builds are corrupt then.
Either that or they've been altered.
Have you tried these on a PC?
Same results?
