So when I try to use the youtube app to view videos, the video loads and loads and nothing ever plays. Also I use the TED talks app and videos load and then pop up a message saying video will not play. This has only been recently as in the last month or so. Tonight I did a factory data reset and it didn't fix it. I can most of the time watch embedded youtube videos on websites. Please help me figure this out! It makes having a smart phone not very smart! I have been searching the internet and haven't found anything speaking to this problem. Help!
