Trouble upgrading to software 1.21.405.2 on my Desire

A week ago I got a message offering me a software upgrade for my Desire. I had to say no, as I wasn't near a WiFi signal. I haven't been re-offered it since. I do a check for upgrades from settings, and I'm told it's all up to date. But the phone also tells me that my software number is 1.15.405.4, and I know from the HTC website 1.21.405.2 is available.

I want my upgrade!

Any suggestions? I already removed the battery, put it back, restatted, and rechecked for upgrade. I'm still told I'm up to date. Any ideas?

don't think i've had an update yet, but if your on t-mobile, i hear they pulled the update cause it had "issues", so it might just be that its not available yet, now
