Trouble with file saving

Hi,
I am having trouble with files in my phone. When i copy any file from internal storage to SD card , files goes missing after a while.
Someone please help.

Hii buddy same problem come across me also and solution for this you can format your memory card one and it's work fine and not data hide again.
