Trouble with Notifications

Lately I've noticed that I'm not getting notifications like i believe i should. Email will arrive but no sound vibrate or icon. The only way i know its there is i have to open app. A few other apps that used to give notification, like chess.com app, no longer do. I must manually open the app. Any ideas? Maybe some settings i can change? I have not played with that Priority Notification stuff. Though it may be good to double check which is supposed to be set my default.

Make sure your "interruptions" setting is set to "All interruptions". I accidentally hit mine one time and of course, stopped getting notifications.

Great ty. I checked, the first screen shot says what you recommend. However, the screen just before shows what looks to be contradictory. Can you confirm this is what it's supposed to be?
