TrueCaller Caller ID privacy question

Hi,

I was wondering if any has some info about privacy issues with the now popular app "TrueCaller". One comment Amazon mentioned that personal info and contact info are shared with the application provider; furthermore, the privileges requirements for the application seemed too much.

Anyone has some more detailed info regarding any leaked info or contacts via this application? and has anyone used it with Cyanogen Mod?

Is there a policy to delay a user post till approved? Tried different browsers, cleared cache, and even tried from different IP address too! I was not able to see my post yesterday for several hrs unless I was logged in, and it became viewable only today.
