trying to add mp3 ringtone

Hi all, I just bought my first android incredible 2, (my first cell phone) and I want to add photos to my gallery and ringtones. Whenever I plug in the USB, everything comes up, but if I try to move anything over, it says I need 6.3 mb more space. Can anyone help? Thanks!

No, I'm not sure. When I plug in the USB it just brings up the folder. Maybe that's the problem. How can I access the card without a card reader?

@lycialive,
Get Quick System Info app on your phone from Market and tell us what it reports as internal/external storage space (total/available).

Ok, so I downloaded it. This is what it reads:
SD card storage 14.82 gb, internal storage 1012gb-free 1.01 gb, systme storage 564mb-free 107mb.

If it's only bringing up one folder, that's probably the internal memory. WHen you plug in the phone, you need to select Disk Drive mode on the phone itself. Depending on your card, its probably either 8gb or 16gb, so look for one that has a size close to that.

Okay, I got it thanks. The option to choose 'data' never came up. I had to first initiate it by going to settings and choosing 'connect to PC'. Now the options come up whenever I plug into my computer.
